This will be the third event hosted by the Federation at Colchester Sports Park, and the second time that the British Inline Marathon Championships has been held here. Like our other road race venues, the venue has excellent facilities including a cafe serving hot and cold drinks and food, clean bathrooms and parking. This particular track is predominantly flat which provides excellent opportunities to set competitive times/personal bests and makes it accessible to skaters of all abilities/ages.

The track has been measured in accordance with World Skate rules. The distance of the full track measured in this way is 1,575 metres.

The mini skaters (aged 6 – 9 years) will use a shorter section of the track for their races. This measured in at 1,044 metres. Pupil (10 – 12 years) and all age groups above will skate the full track.
