The track at Mallory Park Racing Circuit was measured this year in accordance with World Skate rules. The distance of the full track measured in this way is 1904 metres. Youth, junior and adult skaters will complete the full circuit.
The mini, pupil and cadet skaters ( 6 – 14 years) will use a shorter section of the track for their races. This measured in at 1532 metres.
The track is primarily flat, with a maximum elevation gain of approximately 20m, the majority of which is gained at the hairpin, which means there is a downhill section sweeping off the hairpin. This is not a large hill by any means, however this does add a technical (and interesting) element to this track. Competent skaters will be able to navigate this. The surface is that of a road.
