The track at the Brownlee Centre in Leeds was measured last year in accordance with World Skate rules.
The distance of the full track measured in this way is 1614 metres.
The mini skaters will use a shorter section of the track for their races. This measured in at 720 metres.
As some of you will recall from last year, this is an excellent track. There is a dedicated space where those who are not racing will be situated, the facilities which are next to the track are accessed via the bridge, therefore there will be no need to cross the track. Parking is available on site.
