Team GB for Senior Europeans & World Championships The team chosen to represent Great Britain for the Senior European & World Championships is preparing to leave for European Championships. The team consists of:
They leave for Cassano D'Adda, Italy, on the 19th July. Racing starts on Monday, 24th July and continues until Sunday, 30th July. Sporting their new Team GB clothing, they are all looking forward to some exciting and challenging racing on the 175m banked track, the road circuit, and the marathon at the end of the week. World Championships, taking place from 1-9 September, are being held in Anyang, Korea. The team will then be joined by Hong-Kong based Doon Yuen. The make-up of the team will have Vincent concentrating on the sprints and short-distance, Chris & Doon focusing on the middle-distance races, and Gavin on the longer-distance races and marathon. All members will be working together and overlapping certain races to provide support for each other.
